We would like to offer your family, once every three months, a respite opportunity. Families may request one or two activities. Once approved they will receive gift cards up to $100. An application for this program must be submitted at least 10 business days prior to the requested respite date.
Eligibility: Parents, Grandparents, Legal Guardians, or Foster Parents that are the primary caregiver/s of a child that experiences a disability. Must live in Crook, Deschutes or Jefferson county. A qualifying family may receive up to $100 total in gift cards/vouchers once every three months to put towards respite activities.
This program does not include child care at this time. APPLY HERE
