SMART stands for Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Timely. SMART Goals are more focused on the outcomes, which is useful for short-term goal setting.
PACT Goals
PACT stands for Purposeful, Actionable, Continuous & Trackable. PACT Goals are often times usueful when writing long-term goals that are more focused on output rather than an outcome.
